Based on boiling 5.50 gallonsliters at 1.070 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.083. You wanted an OG of 1.082. It looks like it will be over.
For Kim's first batch of IPA, it was hoppy enough for her hoppy taste. Nice fragrance.
