DesertBrewers

Tasted on 10/23/2019 by DesertBrewers

Notes:

With almost a month in the keg under CO2 this beer has turned into the best stout I have yet made. Smoothe, dry, just a hint of hops, and a good bitterness. I was trying for a beer as similar to Guinness as I could make and I am very pleased with this result.

Notes:

A bit yeasty on the nose, but a nice bitter taste.
