1.We were not too sure of the condition of the yeast starter, so we added a second packet.
With almost a month in the keg under CO2 this beer has turned into the best stout I have yet made. Smoothe, dry, just a hint of hops, and a good bitterness. I was trying for a beer as similar to Guinness as I could make and I am very pleased with this result.
