(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Forgot to dry hop, but didn't dry hop first batch either and taste has a ni0ce hop flavor. At 70% efficiency, OG at 10.080 and FG at 1.016 came out right, but with those OG/FG readings, alcohol should have been 8.2%, but test out at 7.4%. Don't understand how this works. If I change the efficiency to get 7.4% alcohol, my OG and FG numbers are off tested readings.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 6.00gallonsliters at 1.070 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.082.
You were planning on an OG of 1.082 so you are right on track. Nice job!
