Followed recipe but added 1/2 pound of sugar
Only added .5 pounds of sugar 66 degrees for 8 daysrack to secondary and then to 68 degrees for 10 days70 degrees for remainder Co2 @ 25 pounds for 2 days.
Dry hopped on 6/18. .5 ounce of Simcoe, .5 of Amarillo
Fermented at 61 for 2 days and then went to 63 for 5 more days. Then went to 67 for the last 7 days.
Cold Crash for 3 days at 35 F
Fermented at 74 for 3 days until the fermentation chamber was ready. Fermented for another 3 days at between 67 and 62 because of issues with the temp controller. Fermented the final 3 days at 68 steady.
