After 1 week measured Gravity is 1.025 and transferred to secondary on 13-Nov-21.
My Pre-boil is 1.047. I expected higher. Let’s see...OG spot on 1.061 but less volume.

moved to secondary on Feb 27th and Gravity is 1.012 - seems like i will get to 4.5%. I also added 100ML Vodka infused with 1 Vanilla bean. Final ABV is 4.9%
Cornflakes boiled in 4 liters added to mash. Gravity after 7 days is 1.012. After 13 days i bottled - 25x620ml bottles with swing cap. 450ml trub left. Priming 16L with 100g Dextrose should reach 2.4 volumes of CO2.
Measure Gravity after 7 days and got 1.011. Tastes great! Kegged. ABV = 6%
Measured Gravity when moving to bottling bucket after 8 days. Gravity was 1.012@ 21.5 degrees C. This is target FG.
Will bottle this batch. Also using a stronger heat source. Hoping to improve efficiency. Adding 2x vanilla bean infused in 50ml rum again. Doing this outside and it won’t stop raining! YIKES!!!
