Ferment warm, super clean Kveik being used. Honey Wheat Base with Blackberries and Raspberries added to secondary. Honey Added to late primary 2-3 days after yeast pitch. Gypsum (CaS04): 1.3g || Calcium Chloride (CaCl2): 1.8g || Epsom (MgSO4) 1.3g ||

we hebben 300 gram extra boh. wheat toegevoegd (origineel was 1.6 kg), maar in derde fase mash circa 200/300 gram er weer uitgehaald ivm doorstroming. Tarwe was nu 0.7 mm, volgende keer eerst testen met wat handjes en grover.
