we hebben 300 gram extra boh. wheat toegevoegd (origineel was 1.6 kg), maar in derde fase mash circa 200/300 gram er weer uitgehaald ivm doorstroming. Tarwe was nu 0.7 mm, volgende keer eerst testen met wat handjes en grover.

Made entirely with maple sap!!!!!
