Trying to keep it simple will steep the grains for 20 mins at 152
This would be a great second runnings beer from the imperial stout... but instead I'm doing an extract beer to grow enough yeast for the imperial. It's the little brother of the imperial stout; similar grains, same yeast, lower gravity.
