Tasted during kegging/bottling at room temp. Very sweet with chocolate notes. Hop flavor and bitterness wasn't really prominent. No off flavors. Color is a deep brown.

Lactose doesn't appear to be handled correctly by the software. Should have a 1/1 effect on the OG/FG because it is unfermentable. However the software appears to calculate that ~80% of the lactose is feremented. Prior to adding lactose OG 1.052 and FG 1.013. After lactose OG 1.061 and FG 1.015. Assuming the 9 points added to OG is correct, the actual FG estimate should be 1.013+.009=1.022.
