Cold Steep Dark Grains 48 Hrs Before Brew Day. 2 Quarts or 0.5 Gallons of Water Per Pound of Milled Dark Grains. Mix Milled Grains and Water in a Pitcher/Bowl and Refrigerate 48 hrs. Day of Brew, Strain Out Grains From Liquid and Set Aside for Boil. Mash All Other Grains Accordingly. Add Steeped Grain Liquid @ 10Mins Left in The Boil.
