My WECK didn't boil as good as expected and my efficiency was way higher than I thought. I diluted with 1,7l while boiling (after the first gravity reading).Original: 12.7 BrixFInal: 6.2 Brix=> 5.2% ABV (Terrill)

mashed in a 6l pot in a nylon bag with a 1.8l sparge; because of greediness I pressed the bag out to get all the remaining wort
