I did not have enough mosaic at dry-hopping, so I added 1/3 oz. Cascade.
BIAB. No Chill using 2.5 gallon cube. Hops in bag. All trub into cube. Boil volume 4.0 gal, vs 3.6 gal expected, so boil extended from 60 to 90 minutes. Yeast pitched 1/8 (pitched directly into bucket, mixed with aeration after 30 min).
Added .5 cups table sugar to adjust for .25 more gal. of wort than expected (less boil down than estimated).
