Delayed Boil, however I did reach boil before shutting down burner and covering. Boil only got to 130 degrees before resuming boil, no hops were added before resuming boil.

Unintentionally mashed for 5 hours - and due to temp sensor not working properly, mashed dipped to 130 degrees and never reached mash out temp. Actual OG is 1.042. I don't think the grains were doughed in well enough. Mash paddle wasn't long enough to reach bottom of mash tun. That may be the reason for loss in gravity points. I think i'll drain half the mash tun volume, dough in, then return water. FG of 1.012.

Element fried and broke in half mid boil. Resumed with Propane. Came out fine, not burnt at all.

Mashed at 148 and didn't mash for 90 minutes. I don't think I got full conversion after 60 minutes of recirculating mash. Missed OG by 15 points.
