Unintentionally mashed for 5 hours - and due to temp sensor not working properly, mashed dipped to 130 degrees and never reached mash out temp. Actual OG is 1.042. I don't think the grains were doughed in well enough. Mash paddle wasn't long enough to reach bottom of mash tun. That may be the reason for loss in gravity points. I think i'll drain half the mash tun volume, dough in, then return water. FG of 1.012.
