Based on boiling {{CalculateBoilVolumeDisplay}} gallonsliters at {{CalculatePreBoilGravityDisplay}} for {{CalculateBoilTimeDisplay}} minutes, this will decrease your wort by {{CalculateBoilLoss}} gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to {{CalculateFinalGravityFromPreBoilGravity}}.
You were planning on an OG of {{RecipeSummary.Og}} so you are right on track. Nice job!
You wanted an OG of {{RecipeSummary.Og}}. It looks like it will be over.
You wanted an OG of {{RecipeSummary.Og}}. It looks like it will be under.
Taste pretty good for an off the cuff red ipa. Should have used different hops other than cluster for buttering but otherwise, not bad at all!
Starting to Clear. Will Be finishing up my Keezer so I can finally try it and see how it has developed.
2/28/2018 3:34:08 PMStill hasn't cleared even at 30 degree's in the Keezer. Off-Putting Flavor, just straight bitterness with no real flavor. Not a Fan.
4/23/2018 3:49:28 PMWith what went wrong in the brew day, I think the 150ppm of Sulfate and 50ppm of chloride isn't jiving with this "session IPA". I think the profile would work better with a regular IPA.
