Used 150ppm sulfate and 50ppm calcium chloride. Since I kissed my SG and OG significantly, it comes across very bitter, but a sharp and clean bitterness...then the rest of the flavors follow. I won’t do that level of sulphate in a session ipa again, too bitter.
