Beginning with If You're Down with Pete You're Down With Me and adjusting grain bill to use NYS grains. Upped fermentables for ease of use and to make style match a special bitter style. Mash efficiency seemed down - should have been 1.052 OG at 75%. Need to accommodate for loss of 12 gallons of water in mash tun. See brew session.
