Added 13g of calcium chloride to approximately 9 gallons of strike water. Mash in at 125-130 degrees, add boiling water to raise to 154 degrees. Mash for 1 hour. Sparge, and boil for 1 hour. Add bittering hops at hot break, added 2nd hops at flame out. Hot stand for 30-60 min. Cool with immersion cooler, then sit overnight. OG 1.057, 12 gallons, 80% efficiency.
