Maybe the same basic recipe as the Pumpkin and Christmas bocks, but without the spicing? Can't remember what the grain bill actually was or why it was about a pound heavier than previous recipes....
#146 second try at my Doppelbock. Getting the numbers up on the higher end of the style this time.
Same as the other Blessed by the Holy See but fermented using Fermentis Abbaye Ale yeast (now BE-256).
