Special Instructions

1.
Put in fermentation chamber at 65 till the yeast gets started, then drop down to 50.
2.
Ferment @ 50 for 4 days. Then let temp rise 1 per day till you hit 60.
3.
Let rest at 60 for at least 14 days before crash and packaging.
