Mystery beer brewing...don't remember exact grain purchased and had to reignite old starter of lager yeast. Leaving out spices. Very exciting times on ol' ghetto brew system. Water additions included: 6g gypsum, 2g epsom, 1.5g salt, 6g CaCl, 4g baking soda.
