Notes:

This is a good one but, it needs something more. Color is a deep dark brown with light carbonation and a thin head. Aroma is light giving a little smoke and roasted malt. Body is medium with a crisp mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet with mild bready notes and a hint of toffee. In the aftertaste there is a touch of hop spice and a mild bitterness. Overall it just seems a bit mild, I thinks I need to up the base to give it an OG more like 1.085 to 1.090 and lean a little more on the Munich. Also I know the Hallertauer is classic for this style but I'd like to try it with Cascade.
