on yeast cake from blonde ale
on to yeast cake from amber ale, longer mash for oats.
adjusted my grain mill to .036 and picked up 1 percent efficiency, i also did the shaken not stirred yeast starter and it was super easy. Mashed longer because i was enjoying my coffee no other reason. Hit all numbers as planned.
