Started brewing in early 2014, first brew was an extract kit, did a few partial mash brews with decent results and quickly began doing all grain biab.Current setup is 5 gallon beverage as mash tun 7.5 gallon kettle , i prefer to do 3-4 gallon batches to brew more frequently and experiment with ingredients.

Pictex 600ml starter at 65* checked on 26th has achieved terminal gravity of 1.010 added 1lb invert sugar syrup.
600ml starter added at 65 degrees. Fermentation started slow forat 12 hours and then ramped up for the next 24 slowing added 1 lb invert sugar syrup action continued for another 24 hours
Og is 1.044, pitched 800ml weistephan 3068 @ 65°.beer reached terminal gravity at 10 days 1.009. Sulphur smell during primary subsided after 10 days still slight at bottling but no taste. 26 bottles were filled
Pitched 200ml of t58 at 64°checked gravity 07/10/15 terminal gravity has been reached sitting at 1.012
Took gravity reading 06/07/15 sitting at 1.010/5brix
Went a thin on the mash.first time using mash tun efficiency was a little on the low side.very clean mash no trub in kettle used hop bag to keep hop debris out as well, boiled very vigorously to try to get a few more gravity points out of wort.removed from heat and cooled to 66* transfered to carboy shook for 5 mins prior to pitching 2 inches of clean white foam was present pitched and shook for another minute left to ferment at 65* Hecked gravity on 06.04.15 reads 7brix/1.014
Vigorous fermentation after 12 hours slows after 48 hours krausen has begun to thin and drop as of 3rd day in primaryGravity checked 05/21/15 reading 8%brix/1.016 it would seem that terminal gravity has been achieved.racked to secondary on 05/23/15
