Went a thin on the mash.first time using mash tun efficiency was a little on the low side.very clean mash no trub in kettle used hop bag to keep hop debris out as well, boiled very vigorously to try to get a few more gravity points out of wort.removed from heat and cooled to 66* transfered to carboy shook for 5 mins prior to pitching 2 inches of clean white foam was present pitched and shook for another minute left to ferment at 65*
Hecked gravity on 06.04.15 reads 7brix/1.014

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 5.00gallonsliters at 1.037 for 70 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.17gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.046.
You wanted an OG of 1.050. It looks like it will be under.
