only used 1 pound of 2-row. the rest is golden promise. Substituted fresh comet for citra in the brewing pot. dry hopped citra.
K97 dry yeast 11.5g. Rehydrated at 105. pitched in 2000ml DME 1.036 3 days. Repitched 2000 at 1.036 10 hrs.
First time with Brewzilla. Half distilled water, half tap (Waukee, IA). (2) packets of S-04 re-hydrated at 104F 30 minutes. Add to 2000ml 1.036 DME for 2 days on stir plate, decanted, added 2000ml DME at 1.040 2 days.
