First time with Brewzilla. Half distilled water, half tap (Waukee, IA). (2) packets of S-04 re-hydrated at 104F 30 minutes. Add to 2000ml 1.036 DME for 2 days on stir plate, decanted, added 2000ml DME at 1.040 2 days.
