sparge as usual 10 litres in 2 batches of ~5 till 33L in kettle. (1 batch actual)
Add water if required to fermenter..
Added 4 litres to fermenter. (1 gallon) upto 5.5 Gal pretty frothy so couldn't really tell.
Lost so much wort to the hops, and water boil off. Crazy wet hops, I had to squeeze them out.
origial batch was 27L. with 34 litre boil. 75% grain efficiency.
Wait wrong OG reading... 1.078!! AArrr. Added another Gallon of distilled water. to drop it to 1.066
