Fail. Over milled the grain. Didn't treat the yeast right... plenty of tart green apple, grass flavour... I don't think it is salvageable

Fixed it, Golden amber, hazy, earthy, peppery... Good and bitter. S.g. ended low, so not sweet enough to balance it, early

added centennial to brighten it

Not as earthy now, a little bit heavy hop feel from extra centennial I had lying around, but a drinker, balance ok. Hazy, guess I should clarify my beer... but I don't mind it.
