3 weeks fermenter, 4 Weeks bottle: This beer now has the flavour I was expecting! I am so stolked. I will now make v2.0 beefing up the hop profile, and some different hops.
Best IPA i've made, highly good taste, nothing bad about it, 3 stars because it's not what I'm going for. Good bitterness level I like, very low malt character (good, cause I'm all about hops), but maybe too low. The beer I am going for is a train of delicious hops without the bitter edge, hops that don't stop, they are in it an popping out of it with an enticing yumness, not really sweetness. I guess that is more 10 minutes hops, 0 minute hops, and I guess dry hops near bottling?
