Closet Red, a good a simple English Bitter. This is the style that got me into home brewing. This is supposed to be what you find in an English or British Pub. If you can't go to England you can always bring England to you.

Standard salts
Briess Pale Ale Malt mash 66c for 90 mins .25 tsp Calcium Chlorde & .25 tsp Gypsum into mash.
Following a British Bitter Style with 2 Base Malts and a little Chocolate Colour. Slightly low IBU & higher OG than style.
