Been home brewing since 1999. Extract brewer with grains formulating my own recipes. Choose not to go all grain because I don't see the reason to spend $500.00 plus on equipment to inherit an 8 hour brew day. I'm content with brewing good beer in a 3 hour time period from start to finish including clean up.
