Adnam's Ghost Ship clone. Made with Suffolk yeast collected from 8 gallon Ghost Ship Pin. First brewed 18th Jan. 2022
Earl Grey English Strong Bitter
Using all Munich II (20L) as base. Experimenting. I like high IBU beers.
Hobgoblin salts. 5oz chocolate wheat.
Added some extra grains that I had laying around.
Stolen Bass Clone. Converted to partial-grain. Minor mods. Added the Maris Otter as an afterthought. A first for me. 11/16/21: the recipe has change a lot and has to be rethunk. This time, I didn't get all the hops I needed so had to throw in some Hallertau I had laying around.
