A sketch for an Imperial Stout, to be brewed in Spring 2023. #4 of 4 in my Funeralopolis dark beer series.
Started with 21 L @ 78C Used 2 L of fresh water @ 64 C to sparge after Mash step. 90 min boil with 33 grams of Magnum final 8 minutes 210 gram Chocolate and 3 pods of vanilla 2 packs of safe ale us-05 after 10 minutes of shaking fluids for oxygen.
