Brewed Sunday evening, 3/14/21. Bill came over and Lisa helped clean up. First brew with fresh Dark Cloud grain. OG 1057-58. Slowly ramped up from low 50s to mid to high 50s over two weeks. Gravity is 1.018-19 after 10 days - gonna bump up the temp, then ambient for a few days, hoping to get lower. FG 1.015, kegged Fri night 4/2/21 ABV 5.7-5.8% Dunkel was infected so had to move this on to tap despite no lagering time - can lager in the keg
