Brewed at Flying Bison on 1/20/18 on pilot system to make 25 gallon batch into 12 bbl fermentor. Mash temp was consistent throughout at 155*. House yeast was used from Larkin Lager (1 liter approx). Within 2 hours it shows signs of fermenting. 0 G - 24.5, 5 G - 22.8, 10 G- 21, 15 G - 19, 20 G 16.6, 25 G - 14.8, 30 G - 12, POST BOIL - OG - 13.5.
