Notes:

Turned out to be more of a double brown ale @ 7.4% ABV. My son and I believe this to be the best beer we've made so far (been brewing for a few years now). There is wide consensus among friends and family to back that feeling. Little darker brown than I was hoping for and clear with light tan head. Poured from kegerator. Smells malty and alcohol. Nutty flavor with light chocolate in background. Great, lightly sweet, malty/alcohol mix. Nice medium - rich mouth feel. Finishes clean with very little alcohol. You would not believe this to be a 7.4% beer, until you have had a couple of pints and try to walk.
