Pumpkin ale: Cook 2 pumpkins in oven until soft. Mash or puree cooked pumpkin in preparation for mash. Add pumpkin to mash and mash at 154 degrees for 1 hour. Use 1-2 pounds of rice hulls in the mash.
This is an ale which we have brewed many times but I am changing the yeast to try to get it a little bit drier.
