adjusted malts and hops from recipe I received from a brewer at Shorts Brewery for their Bellaire Brown to account for different efficiency , hop alpha acids and available grains. Ashburn malt was not available so I increased the amount of victory. the chocolate malt available was not the same L so I split the amount between British and US chocolate malt.(the recipe called for dark chocolate which was not available.
