I have enjoyed good beer since my tour in Germany in the late '80s. My wife got me a 1 gallon kit for Christmas 2013, and I'm hooked. Currently enjoying 5 gallon extract brewing, and looking forward to learning and experimenting. Nothing makes a beer more satisfying than handcrafting it, and getting praise from friends when you share.
