Fourth year homebrewing, I'm addicted. I've brewed some successful and some unsuccessful batches. I strive to make every batch better than the last. I believe that the most important factors which which affect the production of beer are cleanliness/sanitation, fermentation control and recipe design. There are a hundred others but in my experience, these have the most affect. Styles I prefer to brew are German lagers, Belgian and American ales.
