Notes:

A little odd but the fermentation character was actually pretty close to what I'm looking for: Sweet and spicy nose with a little banana. There was some distinct cherry and orange flavor which nice in the flavor which yielded to clove and pepper phenols with time. I have a feeling this batch was actually infected by what the yeast cake looked like. Still had an odd grassy, weed-like bitterness in finish with something skunky in the flavor, perhaps infection. Actually drank pretty well considering this.
