Mash was nearly stuck, to aggressive on the crush.
Boiled too long, gravity too high, adjusted the recipe to suit actual, we'll see how it turns out, if good leave it, if not take 2 will be shorter boil 10 gal... Split into two fermenters, different yeast in each.
