I hate giving a 5 star but there is no 4.5 and I cant see how to make this one any better than it is. Sweet, malty, hoppy, 90% more vibrant that Take 1... Nailed it.

Oh, and the Nottingham was full of character and biscuit, the US-05 was crisp and clean. Both excellent, depending on your taste
