Attempt at Guinness clone for a 5 L batch but with Golden Promise instead of Maris otter malt. Also a little roasted Crystal Malt and chocolate malt to add colour to the brew. Efficiency appears to be greatly improved as given the details below the expected ABV was 6.5% instead of 5% according to the 12.5 Brix reading taken before fermentation.
