Gravity was a bit higher than predicted at 1049. For a partial mash that seems a bit surprising. I had a bit of a time regulating the temp. My thermometers were all over the place. I just hope not a lot of tannins. No airlock action after 24 hrs. Unusual for my brews. Should have checked viability first. May need to re-pitch.

Maris, Crystal & Flaked Oat Stout
Salts CaSO4 2.5g, CaCl 3.0g, NaHCO3 1.5g. Coffee steeped in mesh bag at flameout. Nibs roasted at 350F for 12 min, soaked in vodka and vanilla extract with a few coffee beans for 1 week before adding to primary.
