American mocha porter kit amped up with a biab mash, extra coffee, cacao nibs and bourbon soaked oak chips, aiming for something similar to KBS. Nugget is the kit IBUs, don't know if the LME is exactly the right colour so could maybe reduce the roast.
Went a bit crazy with chocolate. To enter chocolate as fermentables I had to add it as a pound but it was really 14 oz. so that’s described in the “other” section. I’ve made this recipe many times before without the chocolate and it’s a great stout. Steps are out of order but the green arrows aren’t working for me.
