Brewed Saturday 10/16/21 2L starter of Imperial Global with 7oz of DME I was brewing a lager for the Wildt honey, but I severely over-boiled and gravity was 25 points too high. Looks like it's going to be a 7% Helles Bock instead of a 5% honey lager. OG 1.069-1.070 Pitched lager slurry Sunday morning - took off a bit slow, going 24 hours later but not rapid.
