Notes:
Initial tasting of this beer: it was probably a little green; hops were not super well-balanced, although the fruitiness and melon of the Huell melon was notable and interesting. 3 stars at that point. However, another 2-3 weeks of bottle conditioning, and this has turned into a delicious, well-balanced beer. I'll need to brew it sooner next year!
