An old Barleywine recipe updated with kveik. I'd like to think that the efficiency will be better than 65%, but this is a lot of grain for my small system.
Brewed 10/18/20 About a 3 hour boil Gravity came in a little low at 1.11 with the target at 1.13. Added some third runnings during the boil that dragged down the gravity (and upped the voume) - would have boiled longer, but it was getting late. Cooled to 75*, 60 secs of pure O2, and then transferred onto a yeast cake from a Bitter (of Windsor and Nottingham High Perf). Took off over night and was fermenting at around 68*.
